How long it lasts

A gift is a set number of great coffees, not a countdown clock: 3, 6, or 12 shipments, each a full 12 oz bag timed to how fast they drink. For most households that's roughly that many months — longer for lighter drinkers. We'll never rush a shipment to run down a gift.

The count never changes.

You buy a number of shipments, and that's what they get — whenever they activate, whatever happens to our prices in between. A gift bought today is still the same gift in three years.

  • No deadlines, ever.

    A gift doesn't expire — not in a year, not in five. It keeps until they're ready. We'll send them a friendly nudge now and then, and they can switch those off anytime; the gift stays good either way.

  • And it's never stuck.

    Until they start, the gift is still yours to steer. Ask us anytime to re-send it, aim it at a better email address, move the shipments onto your own coffee, or take a full refund. And if it's still unclaimed after about a year, we'll check in with you — your call, including "leave it right where it is."

  • No auto-renewal, ever.

    When the last gifted shipment lands, it ends — we'll simply ask if they'd like to keep going. (Yes, really.)

The plain version: gifts are counted in shipments (3, 6, or 12) of 12 oz, never months — roughly that many months for most households. No expiration dates, no fees, valid until redeemed — and the number of shipments never changes, whatever happens to our prices in between. Reminders are optional for them; opting out never affects the gift. Before they start, you can ask us to re-send, transfer, or refund in full; once they start, it's theirs. And if their first coffee misses, we re-match them with a free bag on us — one per gift, never using up a gifted shipment; after that, switching stays free for the whole gift.
