Where this cup comes from
In the Garut highlands of West Java, coffee grows on farms rarely larger than a few acres, tended under a traditional agroforestry system that weaves the crop among native shade trees. This is a naturally processed Robusta — a species long underrated, but increasingly prized for its resilience and, with careful harvesting and sorting, a genuinely rich, smooth cup of cocoa and malt. It is the classic Indonesian style, made with real care.
