From the highlands of Chiapas in southern Mexico, this coffee is grown by a cooperative of nearly six hundred farmers, women and men, working together to strengthen their craft and their independence. Washed and carefully sorted, it is a creamy, satisfying cup: rich chocolate, dark cherry, and a bright twist of orange.
