Six coffees are blended so the cup stays balanced instead of leaning too sharp or too flat, steady from the first shot to the last scoop of the bag. It's built for a machine, but it's just as good from a moka pot or a strong French press. Steamed into a latte it holds its ground; pulled straight, it's rich without turning to ash.
