Chocolate and toffee give it a smooth, mellow sweetness that turns silky over ice, with none of the sourness or bite lesser coffee shows once it's chilled down. Steep it overnight and you get a rich, easy-drinking glass that needs nothing but maybe a splash of milk. And it isn't only a summer trick — brewed hot, that same chocolate-and-toffee character makes a lovely, low-key mug. Cold brew first, but happy either way.
