Where this cup comes from
From the southern highlands of Tanzania comes a peaberry lot — the rounder, single-seed bean that forms in only a small share of cherries and is sorted out on its own for its concentrated character. Grown by smallholders on just a few acres apiece and washed at shared community mills, it is a bright, complex cup with notes of cardamom, brown sugar, and tea.
